Rigathii Gachagua has alleged that President William Ruto CS Kipchumba Murkomen planned to kill people during an incident at Othaya Witima ACK Church.
According to Gachagua, President Ruto travelled to Dubai so that he would be out of the country when the alleged killings happened. He also claims that the Inspector General of Police was sent to Japan for the same reason.
Gachagua says the plan failed because the killings did not happen, and that is why the President later returned to the country.
He further claims there is a special squad, said to be based in Nairobi, and that members of this unit were involved in the alleged plan. Gachagua alleges that a sharpshooter from the SOG unit in Baragoi, identified as John Mwangi Wahome, was sent to Othaya ACK Church.
Gachagua also claims they have video and satellite image evidence involving President Ruto, Murkomen, Betty Maina, and a police officer linked to the unit. He says the videos will be released to the public in the coming days after a given deadline.
