Sherly Adhiambo was helping mum at fish stall and was shot dead in Huruma, Nairobi
21-year-old Sheryl Adhiambo was shot dead last night in Huruma Ngei I, Nairobi, allegedly by police.
She was shot in the face as she minded her own business helping her mother at a kibanda selling fish.
Her death has sparked protests, with residents engaging police in running battles in Huruma.

Sheryl was a first-year student at KMTC and had just finished her exams. According to reports, she was shot while helping her mother at a fish stall as police chased a suspected thief nearby.
Her body is lying at the City Mortuary.
Protests broke out in Huruma following the shooting of the young lady where they lit bonfires and blocked roads.
The family of the deceased is demanding justice from the security forces.
