Jeff Kuria, Inooro FM’s breakfast show host, has been promoted to Head of Radio.

Inooro FM’s breakfast show presenter Jeff Kuria, who has worked at the station for 18 years, has been promoted to Inooro FM’s head of radio (manager), taking over from Wanjiku Wa Gitonga. In an overture to restructure programming at the Royal Media Services-based Kikuyu radio station, some changes have occurred on some of its shows.

Nyoxx Wa Katta, who for years hosted mugithi, has a new role on Sunday morning hosting praise and worship from 10 AM to 1 PM. The Ngogoyo show, hosted by Kamau Wa Kang’ethe every Sunday, has received an additional hour, now starting at 1 PM and ending at 6 PM. Jeff Kuria will also host Kiririmbi Kia Inooro FM; note well Kiririmbi Kia Inooro FM, a one-hour political show every Sunday from 6 to 7 PM. Other changes: Njuguna Wa Wairimu has made a comeback to the CuaCua show, making a reunion with Karwimbo Mukurino 4-8 PM, and Joy Wa Macharia alongside Jomo Nyathira getting to Kuihuria 2-4 PM. Additionally, on these changes that will be effective from Monday, 10th March 2025, former Muoroto FM Wakarindi Wa Ndiithi and Kairu Wa Ndeiya are making their debut on Inooro FM, hosting the Thiririka Show from 10 AM to 1 PM.
